Role Description

We are looking for a Backend Systems Engineer, to be part of the core team at Gloroots and lead the backend infrastructure on cloud.

Work closely with the Founders, Tech and Product team to connect business problems to technical problems and launch products globally.
Build and deploy a truly global framework for products and services spanning across geographies.
Previous knowledge of building systems from scratch would be a plus.
Opportunity to grow into a position of leadership within the company as we scale and expand the team.

Technologies: Python (backend development), MongoDB, AWS. Knowledge of frontend development would be a plus.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in backend systems engineering

Requirements

Building, Scaling & Maintaining APIs; Integration with third party API services
DevOps - Backend system management (AWS)
Scale Infrastructure across geographies
Scale Tech team (DevOps, QA, software development)
Build QA, Testing & Analytics Framework
