Role Description
We're in search of a backend software engineer for our Customer Intelligence Platform, which would involve:
- Ingesting large volumes of data
- Understanding and mapping data to a knowledge graph
- Building evaluation frameworks
- Pushing the boundary of workflow automation
You will be critical in architecting and building our systems to run sophisticated LLMs, search/retrieval processes, and rethinking how data is consumed by Humans. Your ability to work autonomously as part of a team will be key.
You'll be deeply involved in our operations, ensuring the reliability of our applications and optimizing any needed in-house computing solutions. Innovation is at our core, and your role will ensure our solutions stay ahead of the curve by staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
You’ll build strong relationships with our machine learning and engineering teams, and foster a culture of collaboration and technical excellence. Your ownership will be vital as we grow in helping to shape our infrastructure to ensure we maintain high performance at every scale.
There is also opportunity to grow into and lead all aspects of our platform - from data processing and runtime to ML/LLM Ops, if this suits your background and interests. This role merges technical expertise, strategic vision, and a dedication to team collaboration.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in backend software development, with proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience building abstractions and frameworks that enable scaling and rapid development of other technical teams
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (preferably GCP or AWS) and their solutions
- Familiarity with automation infrastructure and tools for AI/ML or cloud-based applications
- Experience with containerization, virtualization, and orchestration tech, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AirFlow
- Previous experience at a high-growth, fast-paced VC-backed startup, or tech lead position at a larger organization

Recent advances in LLMs (Large Language Models) enable combining unstructured data generated from multi-channel customer engagements (zoom calls, email, support tickets etc.), with product usage data to generate unique insights. Statisfy’s Customer Agent automates large parts of customer engagement and creates healthy, growing customers. We are going after a massive market opportunity to replace existing legacy applications, consolidate post-sales tooling budgets with an AI-Native approach, and make Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers at B2B companies more efficient and effective.
We are initially targeting a $1B+ North America Addressable Market comprising B2B Software Companies. Subsequently, we will pursue +$1B opportunity in Europe/APAC.
