Role Description
This role involves crafting the core infrastructure for a data-driven decision-making system.
- Shape the future: Be part of a close-knit team with ambitious goals, defining the best way to achieve them.
- Be part of the backend hivemind: Help define the technical direction of our backend, ensuring it's robust and scalable.
- Tackle technical challenges, solo and side-by-side: Dive deep into complex technical tasks, optimizing our application's systems.
- Champion simplicity and performance: Identify areas for simplification and performance improvement, proposing solutions.
- Grow together, share knowledge: Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in developing scalable cloud-based software, microservices and/or event-driven architectures.
- Ability to present options for solutions that are well summarized and coordinated with affected team members.
- Good knowledge of Python Django.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Collaborative and a team player.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality software and providing the best user experience.
- Ability to see the big picture and understand the impact of decisions across areas.
