Role Description
Workstate seeks an AWS Development Lead to join our innovative team! In this leadership role, you will drive the design and development of scalable cloud solutions, leveraging your expertise in AWS technologies. If you are passionate about mentoring teams while delivering exceptional solutions to our clients, you’ll fit right in at Workstate.
- Engage clients and guide cross-functional teams
- Enhance project performance through a strong technical foundation
- Set standards for solutions architecture and delivery quality
- Promote best practices within your team
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Development Lead or similar role in cloud-based projects, primarily using AWS
- Strong expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and serverless computing
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go)
- Experience managing development teams and driving the Agile process
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
