Role Description
We are looking for an Engineering Automation Team Lead who leads and develops advanced automation solutions, enhancing our efficiency through research, evaluation, and application of technologies and practices.
- Provide support, mentoring, and guidance to engineers on the development of future technologies.
- Evaluate technology partners and maintain platforms.
- Work with delivery to deploy processes.
- Collaborate with the portfolio & PMO to launch new service offerings.
- Define strategies to automate and increase operational processes related to network, infrastructure & security.
- Improve organizations to become more efficient.
- Guide and motivate team members, promoting collaboration and ensuring understanding of our goals.
- Distribute tasks and projects between team members based on their skills and expertise, ensuring a balanced workload.
- Work with the C&I project management office to lead continuous improvements ensuring on-time technical development and designing solutions for scale.
- Lead aspects of our strategy process and the creation of a technology roadmap and supporting innovation activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship for employment visa)
- The ability to travel up to 10%
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- 5+ years' experience and results in an automation engineering role
- 5+ years of extensive experience using SOAR-like tools
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, including threats, attack techniques, and defense measures
- 3+ years Software development experience with skills in programming or scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Bash

5 years' experience in:
- SIEM: Security Information Event Management
- TIP: Threat Intelligent Platform
- MISP: Malware information sharing platform
- API: Application Programming Interface
- ETL: Extraction, Transformation, Load data
- Experience in design and implement automation solutions
- 5 years people management experience
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and lead departments, including outside vendors
