Role Description

• You communicate with our customers in writing and by telephone.
• You maintain data in our CRM system (Odoo).
• You take over the administration and onboarding of new customers in the purchasing portals.
• You process the supplier questionnaires and keep our associated information database up to date.
• You develop templates and translations.
• You work on process descriptions.
• You will also support us in the area of “Customer Training.”
• For our annual Checkmk Conference, you will help with ticket sales and provide support before, during, and after the conference.
• You will take on additional projects and tasks in collaboration with various colleagues, thereby supporting our sales team.

Qualifications

• You are registered as a student (m/f/d) in a business-focused course or alike or in a course of study related to IT.
• You like to help customers and colleagues, and your communication skills are very good.
• You have an independent way of working.
• You speak and write German fluently and also have a good knowledge of English.
• At best, you have already gained experience in a similar function.
• You don't let a bit of chaos get you down and you keep a cool head when the house is on fire.
