Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Wholesale Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our construction materials division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and building strong relationships within the industry.

• Develop and execute wholesale strategies to grow our construction materials division.
• Establish and nurture relationships with contractors, builders, and construction firms.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with wholesale clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor actions to uncover new wholesale opportunities.
• Work closely with inventory management to ensure product availability for wholesale orders.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of wholesale shipments.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction materials and industry practices.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be a resident of the United States.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
