Role Description
This role exists to grow the Warthog sewer cleaning nozzle business in North America by building a strong, capable, and accountable dealer network.
The Warthog Dealer Manager ensures our dealers are equipped, trained, and supported to represent Warthog products effectively and grow their business alongside ours. This is a relationship-driven, execution-focused, hands-on role.

Qualifications

Strong experience in dealer or channel management.

Technically capable, with strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment.

Able to train, coach, and support dealers on both technical and commercial topics.

Comfortable balancing business development with hands-on problem solving.

A clear communicator who can set expectations and follow through.

A self-starter who takes ownership and drives results without needing constant direction.

Requirements

Proven experience in dealer or channel management.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand Warthog products and applications.

Experience in sales, business development, or related commercial roles, preferably in the industrial cleaning industry.

Ability to deliver technical training and support in the field.

Proficiency with CRM systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel regularly within North America.
