• Every call comes from an existing appliance owner—no cold calling required.
• You'll educate customers on the value of extended protection plans, overcome objections, and confidently close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience (retail, phone or inside sales)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence asking for the sale and overcoming objections
• Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
• Reliable attendance and commitment to your schedule
• Legally authorized to work in Canada

Requirements

• Bring Your Own Device (BYOD):
• Windows 11 (Mac and Chromebook devices not supported)
• Intel Core i3 processor or higher
• Minimum 8 GB RAM
• Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload
• Wired Ethernet connection
• USB headset and webcam
