Role Description

The VP, US Sales will lead the development and execution of the company's commercial strategy in the United States. The focus is on:

• New business development
• Strategic customer acquisition
• Profitable revenue growth

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic planning with direct involvement in:

• Prospecting
• Negotiation
• Pricing
• Closing

Approximately 80% of the role is focused on new business and 20% on growing existing strategic accounts. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7 to 10 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in new business development
• Strong network and deep understanding of the US business environment
• Hunter mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and resilience
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Full professional English proficiency
• US work authorization required (relocation assistance is not offered)
• Availability to travel frequently
• Preferably based in Texas
• Experience in graphic arts, printing, packaging, or paper is a plus, but not required

Requirements

• Develop and execute the US commercial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
• Identify priority markets, industries, customer segments, and strategic accounts
• Define sales targets, budget, and growth initiatives together with senior leadership
• Provide market intelligence, pipeline analysis, and commercial recommendations
• Identify, qualify, negotiate, and close new B2B opportunities across the US market
• Build and maintain a qualified, sustainable sales pipeline
• Establish relationships with key decision makers in target accounts
• Develop opportunities for cross-selling, new applications, and adjacent markets
• Maintain a disciplined prospecting cadence
• Protect and grow existing accounts and increase share of wallet
• Build long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders
• Ensure strong customer service, responsiveness, and commercial discipline
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, freight, and service requirements
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
• Protect gross margins while remaining competitive
• Evaluate the profitability and attractiveness of new opportunities

Benefits

• Base salary: US$100,000 to US$120,000 per year
• 15 days of quarterly bonus plus 60 days of annual bonus
