Role Description

As Vice President of Sales (EMEA), you will lead Energy Exemplar’s regional new business acquisition strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Reporting to the SVP EMEA, your primary mandate is to drive new logo growth, expand market share, and build a high-performance hunting organisation that consistently delivers against ambitious revenue targets.

  • Own and deliver all new business sales across EMEA, with full accountability for pipeline creation, progression, and conversion.
  • Define and execute a new logo-focused GTM strategy, including segmentation and territory design.
  • Build and scale an outbound-led pipeline engine in partnership with Marketing.
  • Lead complex enterprise deals from prospecting through close.
  • Recruit and lead a high-performance, hunter-focused sales team.
  • Drive accurate forecasting and strong pipeline discipline.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets and accounts.

Qualifications

  • Extensive enterprise new business sales experience in energy, software, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of winning new logos.
  • Experience executing outbound GTM strategies.
  • Strong understanding of EMEA energy markets.
  • Experience building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership in fast-paced environments.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically.
  • Data-driven pipeline and forecasting approach.
  • Experience influencing GTM strategy.
  • Strong executive communication skills.
  • Experience engaging C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Willingness to travel across EMEA.
  • Based in the UK or near key markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
