Role Description
The Vice President of Cisco Alliance Partnership will serve as the leader of our strategic partnership with Cisco, overseeing and driving all aspects of the alliance. This is a critical role, given Cisco's status as our number one partner, and requires a seasoned, high-caliber individual to act as the strategic architect and operator of this relationship. This role demands a visionary leader who can establish and execute a comprehensive strategy, aligning the partnership’s objectives with our broader business goals while fostering mutual growth and success.
The VP will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Cisco alliance, aligning with organizational goals of C1.

Business Ownership:
Treat the Cisco alliance as a business, owning the vision, goals, and performance metrics.

Executive Alignment:
Foster and maintain strong executive relationships with Cisco’s VP leadership.

Delegation and Coordination:
Lead and empower cross-functional teams to execute alliance strategies.

Lifecycle and EA Expertise:
Oversee Cisco's EA (Enterprise Agreements) and LCM (Lifecycle Management) initiatives.

Market Growth:
Identify and capitalize on joint opportunities to expand market presence.

Operational Excellence:
Establish scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and operational best practices.
Qualifications

Cisco Expertise:
Deep understanding of Cisco’s ecosystem, products, and internal structures.

Proven Leadership:
VP-level experience leading high-impact partnerships.

Strong track record of treating partnerships as a P&L center.

Skilled in building and maintaining executive-level relationships.
