Role Description

Fontaine Modification is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Vocational Sales Manager to drive new business growth and strengthen key relationships across our body company, dealer, OEM, equipment provider, and end-customer networks.

• Serve as the strategic "face to the customer."
• Identify client pain points and translate operational needs into value-added solutions.
• Deliver best-in-class service to secure long-term partnerships.
• Actively manage account pipelines and execute strategic pricing and growth plans.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering, operations, and business unit leadership to ensure accurate, profitable deliverables.
• Gather critical market intelligence and Voice of the Customer insights.
• Represent Fontaine at industry trade shows and events to shape future business strategies.

This is a full-time, remote position with up to 50% travel required to engage key accounts and represent Fontaine at industry events.

Qualifications

• Background and relevant experience in sales management.
• Strong understanding of the heavy truck industry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
