Role Description
This role will manage key customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, coordinate sales activities with the sales manager, and communicate order information with customers. This role will be involved in special projects, reports, and sales initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales Manager to maintain quotes and bids and provide technical support to customers

Create new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and consultative selling

Build and maintain relationships with companies to keep current sales and to grow sales

Build partnerships and collaborate effectively with external accounts to maximize growth opportunities and ensure the delivery of outstanding service solutions

Communicate company promotions, programs, and pricing within the assigned geography
-
Communicate back orders from start to finish within one day of receipt
-
Correspond with management for order inquiries, inventory levels, and back orders
-
Provide feedback from customers to identify areas of improvement

Work with key representatives to keep current on technical product updates and market programs, and provide technical support and product information to clients

Participate in sales/product training and company meetings

Represent the company at industry trade shows as requested
Qualifications
-
Associates Degree or Technical Degree
-
1+ years of experience in the pest control industry
-
Proficient computer skills: Google Suite and Microsoft Excel experience
