Role Description
Ashley Furniture is the #1 furniture retailer in the US, and we are seeking professionals for our Virtual Sales Advisor position with the ability to create an in-store experience via multiple different online platforms. Using an online chat feature, we aim not only to answer frequent questions they may have but also to be their trusted sales advisor and educate them on other services we offer.

Provides an extraordinary guest experience whether the guest is shopping online, virtually, or in-store using an online chat feature.

Answers guest inquiries and assists with navigating the shopping experience.

Provides timely and accurate information to the guest.

Researches, locates, and provides product solutions that aid the guest in making purchasing decisions.

Upsells products and services.

Offers and explains available payment options.

Assists in Share Cart making to aid the guest in purchasing.

Supports the recovery of guest sales.

Meets or exceeds established and agreed upon sales goals.

Remains up to date on all the products and services that the company offers.

Interacts with team members and guests in a way that reflects our culture and core values.

Training weekly to expand knowledge and grow as a professional agent.

Willing to work in a team environment and work individually.
Qualifications

Must have 1-2 years of sales experience.

Proficient in technology, computer literacy, and typing.

Required to follow all scripts, policies, and procedures as provided, and comply with guest experience training.

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule which may include early morning, night, and weekend shifts.

Internet connections at home.
Requirements

This position is located in a climate-controlled office environment with standard lighting and moderate noise levels typical of professional workspace settings.

The role primarily involves sitting at a desk for extended periods while working with computers, phones, and other office equipment.
