What You’ll Do:

• Conduct scheduled phone appointments with inbound life insurance leads
• Follow our 100% scripted presentation from intro to close

• Submit applications electronically and maintain client records in CRM
• Attend weekly training calls and team development sessions

Qualifications

• Active life insurance license (required)
• Phone sales or telesales experience preferred
• Confidence using scripts and handling objections
• Coachable mindset and strong follow-up habits
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Requirements

• Commission-only role with top earners making $75,000–$120,000+ annually
