AO is expanding our nationwide virtual team and seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join us as Remote Member Success Advisors. In this role, you'll connect virtually with individuals and families who have requested information regarding available benefits, help them understand their options, guide them through enrollment, and provide ongoing member support.

Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone

Listen to each member's needs, priorities, and questions

Answer benefit and coverage questions clearly and professionally

Provide personalized service throughout the member experience

Assist with applicable policy reviews and service requests

Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
