Role Description
As a Virtual Infection Prevention / Medical Surgical Inside Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Conducting outbound calls to current and prospective customers to sell Solventum products and qualify leads.

Responding to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and providing information about products or services.

Territory management and account ownership of assigned account lists.

Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers in Salesforce.com.

Collaborating with the field sales team and other internal resources to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.

Demonstrating a proficient level of procedural, clinical, and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs.

Following up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

Closing sales and achieving daily metrics and monthly quotas.

Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs Degree or higher AND (2) years of sales experience.

OR Associate Degree AND (4) years of sales experience.

Previous experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or inside sales.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on tasks and maintain high productivity levels while working both in the office and remotely.

Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Benefits

Competitive pay and benefits.

Expected compensation range for this position is $72,800 - $100,100, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
