Role Description
We have an immediate opportunity for a Virtual/Remote Engagement Pediatric Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our expanding team. The Remote Pediatric Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and promoting pharmaceutical products through virtual and remote engagement strategies within an assigned territory. This role involves leveraging digital platforms and technology to build trusted, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering impactful sales presentations, and achieving established sales performance goals while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.

Effectively promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through virtual channels (e.g., video calls, phone calls, emails, and digital platforms) to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Foster and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, including pediatric specialists (where applicable), to build trust and loyalty, ensuring the consistent use of promoted products.

Conduct impactful, value-based sales presentations tailored to the needs of healthcare providers, through remote engagement tools.

Develop and execute territory business plans by analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities, and leveraging virtual engagement strategies to outperform competitors.

Monitor and understand competitor activities, market dynamics, and industry trends to adapt strategies and secure business wins.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to ensure alignment in customer engagement efforts.

Demonstrate patient-centricity by communicating product benefits and features in a way that supports improved health outcomes.

Efficiently prioritize daily tasks, appointments, and administrative responsibilities to maximize productivity and customer engagement through remote channels.

Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree from an accredited university or college required.

Pharmaceutical sales experience required, 2+ years or more desired.

Proven record of accomplishment of consistent success in sales performance; pediatric sales experience a plus but not required.

Skilled in leveraging strategies to outperform competitors/secure business wins in highly competitive markets.

Effective communicator with a collaborative, engaging, and persuasive approach.

Demonstrated ability to foster long-term relationships with HCPs to build trust and loyalty through virtual engagement.

Motivated self-starter who operates with high integrity and exhibits resilience when navigating challenges.

Experienced efficiently prioritizing tasks and schedules to maximize productivity in a remote/virtual working environment.

Demonstrated commitment to compliance and adherence to ethical standards.

Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office, CRMs, digital meeting platforms.

Willingness to work in all US time zones as needed.

Must successfully pass all Amplity and client training.
