You will connect with clients who have requested information, learn about their needs, and guide them through a professional, needs-based insurance conversation.

You will receive warm leads, structured training, daily coaching, and mentorship so you can focus on building confidence, serving clients, and developing a successful client-facing career.

Responsibilities

• Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
• Schedule and lead virtual appointments
• Learn about client needs, goals, and coverage concerns
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Help clients make informed decisions about coverage
• Answer questions and provide clear, professional guidance
• Follow up consistently and maintain client relationships
• Participate in training and team development sessions
