Role Description

Find Your Passion and Purpose as a Vice President Sales- Home Health- Mississippi. Home Health or Hospice Sales Leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Responsible for sales strategy and development for AccentCare under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer.
• Provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals.
• Works closely with General Managers and Regional Sales VP’s in planning, organizing and implementing sales initiatives across the company.
• This position works very closely with the Operations and Sales Teams across all lines of business, including Vice-Presidents, Regional Vice-Presidents, Regional Sales Managers, Hospice Consultants and Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in multi-site sales management required and multi-state preferred.
• Success in similar endeavor with a service and or healthcare organization.

• Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing sales referrals and sales related activities.

• Support and drive the sales teams and resources to deliver profitable growth.

• Help define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
• Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company objectives.
• Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
