Role Description

In this role, you’ll connect with veterans and families who requested additional information about available benefits, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through their options with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with veterans and families who expressed interest in learning about available benefits
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
• Educate clients on supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options
• Guide individuals through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
• Provide ongoing support to policyholders when needed
• Participate in weekly training sessions, coaching calls, and team development meetings
• Build long-term client relationships through trust, consistency, and service
