Role Description

Are you a high-energy leader with a passion for sales and the travel industry? As our Area Manager, you’re not just managing a team; you are the engine behind our growth. You will lead our Field Package Sales (FPS) team in the Greater Atlanta Area to dominate events, festivals, and shows!

• Execute high-impact marketing activities and events to smash tour and sales targets.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing squad of Sales Reps to reach their full potential.
• Surpass monthly budgets and implement creative strategies to keep team morale and productivity at an all-time high.
• Maintain personal sales production while ensuring your team provides "Driven to Excellence" customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Management (Mini-Vacation field)
• 2+ years in Timeshare/Marketing
• A proven ability to inspire teams, solve problems on the fly, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage budgets and optimize field operations.
• A "whatever it takes" attitude with a schedule that adapts to the needs of the business.
