Role Description

We're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who enjoy helping clients compare options, make confident decisions, and turn ideas into confirmed plans. As a Travel Sales Professional, you'll work directly with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable options, answer questions, and guide them through the booking process. The role combines customer service, research, relationship-building, and sales in a remote environment. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing clients
• Learn about preferences, dates, priorities, and budget
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Present relevant options in a clear and helpful way
• Follow up with interested clients
• Answer questions and help address concerns
• Assist with reservations and confirmation details
• Maintain organized client records and notes
• Support changes or special requests
• Help move clients from initial inquiry through completed booking
