[Hiring] Travel Sales and Support Agent @Private Destinations

Role Description

We’re looking for amazing Travel Sales and Support Agents to fill this role. The Travel Sales & Support agent is responsible for selling Princess North American products to Travel Advisors (and direct guests, when applicable) and providing service support for incoming calls. The agent will drive sales and meet monthly individual Key Performance indicators (KPIs) for the Consumer Sales Department while delivering excellent customer service.

• Take inbound calls from Travel Agents (and direct guests, when applicable) interested in booking cruise vacations.
• Evaluate callers’ needs and respond to questions and requests while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Deliver on commitments to external and internal customers to drive customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all required company initiatives and department-specific policies during daily operations.
• Check and respond to Team chats and e-mails, relaying messages accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional products or services.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers and actively contribute to sales by promoting products and services.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience in positions in the area of sales and customer service.
• Experience working in a high-volume call center is preferred.
• Experience in the travel and hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Proficiency in the use of computer business applications and computerized reservations systems.
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Must have high-speed cable or fiber optic internet.
• Must meet the required minimum download and upload speeds of 50 Mbps down and 6 Mbps up.
• Must not have a data cap.
• Must have computer hard-wired to the modem.
