Role Description

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the Central US region, focusing on growing the territory through both direct and indirect sales efforts.

• Hunting and winning strategic key accounts directly.
• Demonstrating equipment, running seminars, and working tradeshows.
• Managing a network of independent sales reps and distribution partners.
• Providing a rolling three-month forecast and accountability for end-user activity.
• Feeding back market insights, competitor behavior, and customer requirements monthly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales, ideally in test and measurement, power quality, or technical electronics.
• Experience carrying a sales number through both direct business and indirect channels.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Commercially sharp with negotiation skills.
• Engineering or business degree is beneficial.
• Track record of success in sales.
