[Hiring] Territory Sales Manager @BlueStar US

Role Description

The Territory Sales Manager drives growth in the North Central/Chicago territory. This outside sales role focuses on new business development, expanding VAR and reseller relationships, and collaborating with manufacturer partners to deliver technology solutions.

• Grow revenue through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing VAR and reseller accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution positioning, pricing, and closing
• Develop and execute a territory business plan and sales strategy
• Build strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams
• Conduct joint sales calls, product demos, and customer presentations
• Track pipeline, forecast sales, and report performance using CRM tools
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of the channel
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time within the assigned territory
