Role Description
Responsible for sales of Mark Andy OEM equipment (flexo presses, digital presses, Rotoflex finishing equipment and retrofits) into a defined region. Supports the execution of Mark Andyโs go-to-market strategy to cover every converter in the West Region - large, medium and small for existing and non-MA customers.
Mark Andy is a leading OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) providing comprehensive, high-performance flexographic, digital, and hybrid press solutions tailored for label and packaging converters.

Deliver region sales and margin goals. (Territory covered is Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Alaska, Hawaii, Western Canada (British Columbia & Alberta provinces only).

Execution of MAโs sales plans and processes for accurate pipeline management and forecasts.

Adopt a consultative selling process that focuses on customer needs by creating the right solutions.

Prepare Sales Presentations and Return On Investment (ROI) calculations where necessary to support the Mark Andy value proposition in any sales proposal.

Work alongside Regional VP, Technical Sales and Strategic Account team as appropriate in closing deals.

Pro-actively maintain opportunity Pipeline within Salesforce to ensure visibility and accuracy of expected forecast.

Active engagement in field to build, develop and maintain relationships with customers in region, and uncover opportunities across portfolio of products to be able to deliver plan for the region.

Actively participate in strategies and tactics for the overall business in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership.

Partner with Inside Sales team (and other internal depts including Engineering, Accounting, Marketing etc) to ensure effective time management and leverage of resources to improve sales efficiency.

Network with industry peers to develop strong mutually beneficial relationships, including industry events and shows.

Qualifications

Maintain a clear understanding of the label converter market, competitors and the industry.

Ability to spend 50%-75% of time on the road with customers.

Demonstrates empathy with reluctant or frustrated clients.

Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Salesforce and Outlook expertise.
Requirements

Bachelorโs degree (preference in Business, Marketing, Finance or Engineering) is a plus.

Label and print industry experience or relevant adjacent industry experience.

Expertise in capital expense sales and solutions.

5 years minimum proven sales leadership track record.
