[Hiring] Territory Representative @Caldera Medical

Role Description

This is a territory ownership role. You will be responsible for building and running your business in your assigned territory — calling on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists, conducting in-OR product trials, and converting competitive accounts.

We're looking for a self-starting sales professional who is energized by building — a greenfield territory, a surgeon network, and a career — while doing work that genuinely improves outcomes for women.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
• 3–6 years of outside B2B sales experience with a consistent record of achieving quota
• Must reside within the Los Angeles territory
• Demonstrated face-to-face sales experience and strong relationship-building skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently in the field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
• Evidence of leadership and competitive drive – athletics, team environments, extracurriculars

Requirements

• Experience in medical devices, surgical, or clinical sales (preferred)
• Familiarity with hysteroscopy, gynecology, urology, or OR-based selling environments (preferred)
