Role Description
We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as Territory Manager East, Luxury Hospitality & Wellness Sales — Pilates Commercial, remotely in the eastern United States. This is a hunter role for someone who knows the luxury hospitality and wellness landscape in the East, can build relationships at the right levels, and has the drive to close meaningful accounts and build a book of business from the ground up.

Own and grow a defined territory across the eastern United States within the luxury hospitality and wellness segment.

Establish iFIT Pilates as the preferred reformer solution for premium fitness and wellness amenities at four- and five-star properties, destination spas, and luxury resort brands in the region.

Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of hotel, resort, spa, and wellness accounts with a consistent bias toward closing.

Build lasting relationships with procurement, spa, and fitness decision-makers at key accounts — driving both new business and account retention.

Represent iFIT's brand standard at every touchpoint — delivering a client experience that matches the premium nature of our product.

Drive subscription-based sales models alongside hardware, ensuring successful adoption and growth across the eastern customer base.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

4+ years of B2B outside sales experience, ideally in fitness, wellness, or luxury hospitality.

Demonstrated ability to manage a territory independently and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Genuine knowledge of the Pilates discipline including reformer methodology, studio culture, and the competitive equipment landscape.

Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce preferred.

Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Ability to travel regularly within the eastern US territory.
Requirements

An existing network of relationships with procurement, spa, and fitness decision-makers at major hotel brands operating in the eastern US such as Four Seasons, Aman, Rosewood, Montage, Auberge, and Marriott Luxury Brands.

Experience as a Pilates instructor, studio owner, or figure in the Pilates industry — someone who can speak to the category authentically.

A personal aesthetic and professional presence that resonates in luxury environments.

Experience selling premium equipment or technology into fitness, spa, or hospitality settings with an understanding of capital expenditure cycles and amenity budget structures.

Comfort with consultative, relationship-driven selling at the C-suite and VP level.

Pay Range: $60,000 — $70,000 USD.
