[Hiring] Territory Manager @Bose Corporation

Role Description

We are looking for a results oriented and passionate Territory Manager to join our team developing our consumer business in Scandinavia. This is a full time role with travel as required.

• Build long term relationship with the key channel partners and be the first point of contact.
• Collaborate with marketing and key stakeholders to create execution plans with key partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategic plans for growth.
• Partner and support distributor in planning and execution of Bose GTM strategy.
• Achieve sell through target revenue, and gross margin objectives.
• Train distributor sales reps on go-to-market elements (e.g., promotion, value proposition, etc).
• Apply structure and standards to day-to-day account management.
• Document all sales opportunities.
• Support weekly, monthly and quarterly product forecast preparation and sales pipeline analysis.
• Coordinate with support teams to ensure partner needs are adequately met.

Qualifications

• Delivered growth in B2B sales management, distributor management for more than 10+ yrs.
• Hands on experience managing Key accounts across multiple geographies in Scandinavia.
• Extensive knowledge about consumer electronics industry in Scandinavia.
• Extensive experience with marketing planning and execution (Online and offline).
• Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language.
