[Hiring] Territory Business Manager @Convatec

Role Description

Are you an experienced sales person who enjoys building strong customer relationships and driving commercial growth? Join Convatec as our Territory Business Manager for FlexiSeal, leading our business across North England and Scotland. As our FlexiSeal business continues to grow, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, developing your customers and expanding access to our portfolio.

You will combine territory management with commercial ownership, working closely with healthcare professionals, key customers and internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver sustainable growth.

The role requires daily travel across the territory, with approximately 20% national travel to other regions or office locations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver regional sales, growth and market penetration targets.
• Set clear goals and monitor performance and KPIs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with HCPs and key decision-makers.
• Drive account plans and territory sales strategies.
• Support tender, pricing and formulary activities.
• Expand access to the Convatec product portfolio.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Manage resources and budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and other teams.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5+ years of proven sales experience.
• Strong commercial and customer focus.
• Experience within healthcare or pharmaceuticals is an advantage.
• Strong influencing and networking capabilities.
• Confidence engaging with KOLs and healthcare stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
• A collaborative, proactive and results-driven mindset.
• High ethical standards and a strong commitment to compliance.
