Role Description

We are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be responsible for soliciting sales and donations over the telephone. The telesales representative's responsibilities include:

• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• Answering customers' questions on the products.
• Meeting sales quotas.

Qualifications

• We’re seeking experienced sales representatives who can confidently work the phones from home.
• This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to close donations while working independently in a remote environment.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (telemarketing, phone sales, or related required).
• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace at home.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Positive, goal-driven attitude and resilience when handling “no’s”.
• Must currently reside in Ohio, Michigan, Arizona, or Minnesota to be considered.
• Only candidates with sales experience and who reside in these states will be considered.
