Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven Tele Sales Representative to manage existing customer relationships while actively driving new business growth. This role is ideal for a highly organized sales professional who thrives on building long-term partnerships, managing reorders, and expanding product penetration within accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management & Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with existing customers to drive repeat business, strengthen loyalty, and support long-term account growth.
• Order & Replenishment Management: Proactively manage customer reorders to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize out-of-stock situations. Support in new product listings with partner accounts.
• New Lead & Customer Acquisition: Prospect and convert new accounts by targeting retailers already active within the category.
• Upselling & Product Education: Educate customers on product features, benefits, and category trends to expand basket size and increase SKU penetration.
• Selling Promotions & Programs: Execute promotional offers and sales programs to drive increased velocity, volume, and customer engagement.
• Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Resolve order, pricing, and service-related issues quickly and professionally to protect relationships and retention.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales, account management, or B2B sales
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
• Proficiency in English is a must and French considered an asset.
