Role Description

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be an integral part of the German Sales Specialists team, working alongside multiomics, clinical, and bioinformatics sales specialists, embedded in the German Commercial Organization. You will play a pivotal role in advancing genomic applications across diverse sectors, including:

• Research
• Clinical
• Applied genomics
• Service providers

You will partner closely with our commercial team to deliver innovative solutions in areas such as:

• Transcriptomics
• Oncology
• Genetic disease testing
• Microbiology
• Agrigenomics

This is a customer-facing role where your scientific expertise and consultative approach will help shape the future of genomic science.

Qualifications

• Strong background in molecular biology and NGS
• PhD in Genomics, Life Sciences, Medical, or Health Care disciplines (ideally)
• Fluent in both German and English
• Passionate about genomics and eager to apply technical knowledge in a customer-focused environment
• Motivated by objectives and excited to join a customer-facing position

Requirements

• Field-based role with an average travel requirement of 60%
• Candidates must reside within sales territory
