Role Description

We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to drive sales of our AI-powered products and software services. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial discovery and product demonstrations to negotiations, contract signing, and renewals. Working closely with our product team, you will help businesses understand how AI solutions can address real challenges and deliver measurable value.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with business owners and technology decision-makers.
• Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Translate complex AI and software capabilities into clear business benefits and measurable ROI.
• Develop business cases and manage pricing discussions for subscriptions and fixed-price projects.
• Guide early adopters from pilot programs to paid engagements.
• Build and maintain partner and reseller relationships.
• Navigate contracts, procurement processes, and client security requirements.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and manage ongoing client relationships.
• Use AI tools for research, proposals, and client communications, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling B2B software products or technical services, with a proven track record of closing new business.
• Experience selling early-stage products or solutions with limited market references.
• Strong understanding of AI agents, LLM-based tools, their capabilities, limitations, and human oversight.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security considerations, including Canadian and US privacy requirements, data residency, access controls, and vendor security reviews.
• Understanding of software modernization, legacy system migration, integrations, and APIs.
• Experience conducting technical discovery, delivering live product demonstrations, and engaging both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, commercial, and pipeline management skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily sales activities.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or product management.
• French or Spanish language skills.
