Role Description

Join our team as a Technical Sales Representative for Automation - Benelux!

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop the customer portfolio and revenue in the Benelux region.
• Build customer loyalty and participate in negotiations.
• Implement the sales strategy while conducting competitive market intelligence.
• Conduct prospecting work to schedule on-site visits.
• Prepare relevant proposals, present arguments, and conduct customer follow-ups and reminders.
• Represent our company at trade shows and seminars.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Europe and China on multinational projects.

Upon joining the company, an onboarding period is planned to allow you to immerse yourself in our company culture, products, and organization. You will receive training to become autonomous in your role.

Qualifications

• Holder of at least a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3).
• At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar position in an innovative industrial environment.
• Strong technical skills in automation, mechanics, or mechatronics.
• Sales skills.
• Customer-focused with the objective of providing quality automation solutions.
• Excellent technical skills, proactive approach, autonomy, and sales aptitude.
• Interest in the sector and knowledge of the Benelux market.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Dutch is highly appreciated.
