Position: Team Leader – Term Insurance

Location: Work from Home

Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of insurance sales agents focused on selling Term Insurance products.
• Set clear team goals, track performance, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to the team to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing timely feedback and support.
• Develop strategies to improve sales performance, customer retention, and satisfaction.
• Handle escalations and complex queries related to insurance products.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during the sales process.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on team performance and sales metrics.
• Conduct regular training sessions on new insurance products and sales techniques.
