In this role, you'll engage with HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and executives from mid-market and enterprise organizations across the U.S., introducing innovative talent solutions and scheduling qualified meetings for our leadership team. What You'll Do

• 🎯 Outbound Prospecting & Appointment Setting (75%)
  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to HR and Talent Acquisition decision-makers.
  • Build relationships with HR Directors, Talent Leaders, and VP-level executives.
  • Generate qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for our sales team.
  • Follow proven outreach strategies while confidently adapting conversations to different industries and prospects.
  • Utilize AI-powered prospecting tools and curated lead lists to maximize productivity and improve connect rates.
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• 📊 CRM & Lead Management (25%)
  • Clean, validate, and organize prospect data before outreach.
  • Update CRM records with accurate notes and call outcomes.
  • Conduct light research on companies, hiring initiatives, and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain organized records to ensure data quality and pipeline accuracy.

Qualifications

• An excellent English communicator with a clear, neutral accent
• Confident speaking with executives over the phone
• Experienced in outbound sales, appointment setting, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Account Executive roles (1–3+ years preferred)
• Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls each day
• Familiar with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in managing activities
• Coachable, resilient, and driven by performance goals
• Comfortable working within structured sales processes while thinking on your feet

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience selling HR, Recruitment, SaaS, or B2B solutions
• Previous experience prospecting HR or Talent Acquisition professionals
• Experience using AI tools to improve sales outreach and productivity
