Role Description
The Senior Vice President of Enablement Transformation is a strategic executive responsible for owning the entire Enablement ecosystem at OneStreamโspanning customer, partner, sales, pre-sales, education, and internal field teams. This leader sets the vision, strategy, and execution for a seamless, value-driven enablement experience.
This role unifies Sales, Pre-Sales Enablement aligned to Pre-Sales Enablement Partner Enablement, Global Education Services into a single, integrated operating model. The SVP will ensure every customer-facing role speaks a common language of OneStream driven business value, supported by world-class learning experiences, consistent messaging, scalable systems, and data-driven insights.

Define and execute the global vision, strategy, and operating model for the end-to-end Enablement ecosystem.

Own and continuously evolve a unified enablement approach aligned to the full customer lifecycle.

Integrate enablement strategy tightly with go-to-market priorities, product roadmap timing, and commercialization efforts.

Lead the design and delivery of value-based advisory and enablement programs.

Establish monetization strategies and P&L ownership for education and enablement offerings.

Leverage AI and advanced technologies to modernize enablement platforms.

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global organization across Sales Enablement, Global Education Services, and Business Transformation.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partner leadership.

Serve as a senior executive ambassador with customers, partners, analysts, and industry forums.

Establish success metrics and accountability frameworks to measure field productivity and enablement ROI.
Qualifications
-
12+ years of experience in enabling, Value Transformation, or Value Based selling, GTM strategy, education services, presales, or enterprise SaaS leadership.

Deep understanding of value-based selling, customer outcomes, and enterprise buying journeys.

Proven success building and scaling global enablement organizations in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Demonstrated P&L ownership and monetization of education or services offerings.

Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite customers and partners.

Experience leading large, globally distributed teams.
Requirements

MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred).

Experience as a c-suite leader (preferably a CFO).

Background in enterprise finance, performance management, or CPM/EPM software.

Experience integrating AI into learning, enablement, or GTM workflows.

Prior success unifying multiple enablement functions under a single strategy.
