[Hiring] Subscriber Sales Consultant @Johnson Controls

Role Description

As a Direct Sales Representative for ADT, you’ll be generating sales of smart home security systems throughout a geographical area. You’ll work with customers to design a system that leaves them safe in the knowledge that they have the best security system for their home.

As a Direct Sales Representative, you’ll be given everything you need to build a sales career:

• Company car, phone, and tablet provided
• Comprehensive training program covering brand and technical knowledge, as well as sales techniques
• Opportunity to attend pre-booked, qualified appointments
• Targeted on self-generated business through door-knocking, cold-calling, and initiative

Qualifications

• Confidence, resilience, and a friendly, warm personality
• Enjoyment in speaking to different people daily
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Persistent and resolute in focusing on results
• Able to set tough objectives, monitor progress, and take corrective action if necessary

Requirements

• Experience as a field sales consultant or in a contact center environment preferred, but not essential
• Successful track record of achievements preferred
• Open to candidates from various backgrounds, not limited to sales
