Role Description

Are you passionate about education and helping students achieve their dreams abroad? Join Work and Study Travel as a Sales Education Consultant and guide Germans in discovering life-changing study abroad opportunities in Ireland, in partnership with ELI Schools.

• Promote and sell study abroad programs to Germans.
• Convert cold leads into qualified opportunities and drive sales.
• Generate organic leads through outreach, partnerships, and on-the-ground initiatives.
• Advise students on course options, accommodations, and cultural experiences.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the study abroad or education industry.
• Strong B2C sales experience, particularly converting cold leads into opportunities.
• Initiative-driven, able to generate leads independently through partnerships and outreach.
• Advanced English is required; Spanish is highly valued as a plus.
• Motivation, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Passion for travel, culture, and helping students achieve their goals.

Benefits

• Monthly base salary of €1,200 + commission of around €1,500 per month = €2,700.
