[Hiring] Sr Sales Executive @Health Care Service Corporation

Role Description

This position is accountable for delivering sales results across a defined portfolio of health, life and ancillary insurance products within the Southern Illinois and St. Louis territory, with a strong focus on driving production through broker and agency partners.

• Building, managing, and expanding key broker relationships
• Supporting broker sales efforts through education and consultation
• Identifying territory specific growth opportunities
• Consistently achieving assigned sales goals

Qualifications

• Must have State Insurance License
• 6 years experience selling health insurance products with a successful record
• Thorough knowledge of and experience with group managed health care plans
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to make presentations to groups and/or brokers
• Detail oriented; Customer Service oriented
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Effective written and verbal communications skills
• Must be able to travel, including overnight stays within assigned region as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (preferred)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, and OneDrive), Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, etc. (preferred)
