[Hiring] Sr. Field Territory Manager @Farmers Insurance

Role Description

This position manages an assigned territory of core Foremost Independent Agencies, including responsibilities to:

• Prospect and appoint new agencies
• Drive profitable premium growth
• Achieve financial and operational goals

This role develops and manages agency partnerships and serves as the primary relationship between the agency and the company. It involves:

• Developing and promoting Foremost products and services
• Building premium growth through relationships with agents
• Working independently with minimal guidance
• Mentoring or coaching less experienced team members
• Performing work with business unit and enterprise impacts

The position is remote with required weekly field travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CIC, CPCU, or insurance licenses preferred upon hire

Requirements

• Minimum five years of field insurance sales and management work experience with progressing responsibility
• Experience achieving consistent profitable premium growth and sales success
• IA Distribution experience preferred
• Territory management experience preferred
