Role Description
Join a high-performing Commercial Specification team where you’ll help drive the adoption of Rada’s innovative solutions. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll build strong relationships across the specification chain and grow a healthy long-term project pipeline.
Your goal is to clearly communicate the Why Rada value proposition and influence key decision-makers across sectors such as Healthcare, Sport & Leisure, and Student Accommodation.
You’ll act as a trusted expert for architects, consultants, contractors, and end users—shaping specifications, winning new business, and strengthening long-term partnerships.

Requirements

Proven track record in commercial product or technical B2B field sales

Strong understanding of the commercial bathroom sector and/or building services
-
Ideally experienced in:
-
Early-stage project specification with clients, architects, consultants, AE’s, infection control teams, and M&E contractors
-
Developing and growing business across priority sectors such as Healthcare, Care Homes, Leisure, Student Accommodation, Hospitality, MOD, and secure facilities
-
Solution selling and ROI modelling
-
Generating leads proactively and building long-term project pipelines (1–5 years)

Managing CRM systems, including pipeline, calls, and activity tracking

Competent with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Full, clean driving licence
