[Hiring] Specification Sales Engineer Life Safety Division @Eaton Corporation

Role Description

As a Spec Sales Engineer, you will drive and achieve sales plans for Life Safety, Fire Alarms, and PAVA for KSA.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to ensure profit growth and expansion of products and/or services.
• Embrace strategies covering the introduction of new product lines and incremental growth within established markets, along with market development targeting growth regions.
• Develop annual and long-term action plans to ensure Eaton targets for growth in assigned territories are met.
• Ensure timely, accurate quotations of project quotes in assigned areas.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales analysis on a monthly/weekly basis to provide management with information relating to sales results and forecasts.
• Provide technical backup to ensure client design approval is secured, along with commissioning support for ongoing projects and the installed base in the region of concern.
• Effectively manage the design and implementation of projects to ensure maximum profitability, smooth completion, and handover.
• Liaise with local authorities to ensure relevant certification and local approvals required for Eaton products.
• Maintain effective customer relations with consultants, contractors, and end users to achieve the desired market position for the products.
• Provide advice and guidance to management regarding product requirements for target markets to secure maximum market share and sustainable market growth.
• Undertake distributor management to ensure client satisfaction and outgoing serviceability of safety-critical equipment.
• Communicate and connect with other Eaton divisions to support and deliver cross-selling within Eaton divisions in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of Electrical Systems.

Requirements

• Good direct selling skills in KSA.
• Technical knowledge in Emergency Lighting or Safety Systems is required.
• Electrical products instrumentation knowledge.
