Role Description

Intelligence Center X is Siemens' platform for the agentic enterprise. The next wave of enterprise software isn't about writing more code — it's about giving organizations the tools to combine trusted data, AI, and applications into systems that can reason and act on their own. Intelligence Center X delivers that today, through five capabilities:

• Enterprise Knowledge Graph
• AI/ML
• Agentic application development
• Orchestration
• Governance

This role focuses on helping customers move from digital enterprise to agentic enterprise, addressing high-value business problems and expanding across functions, use cases, and geographies.

Qualifications

• A sustained record of meeting or exceeding enterprise software sales targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience creating and closing strategic platform opportunities, including multi-year agreements with executive visibility and seven-figure potential.
• Executive presence and business acumen.
• Fluency in at least two of the following: enterprise AI and machine learning, knowledge graphs or data platforms, application development, process automation, cloud platforms or industrial software.
• Command of a rigorous enterprise sales methodology.
• The ability to lead a diverse pursuit team without relying on formal authority.
• A willingness to learn the customer's industry, Siemens' portfolio, and the evolving AI competitive landscape at depth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Requirements

• Experience selling enterprise AI, data, automation, low-code or industry software platforms into Energy, Life Sciences and CPG.
• Existing relationships with CIO and CTO; VP Manufacturing Operations, Research and Development and or Supply Chain, Safety Risk and Regulatory Affairs within the Energy, Life Sciences and or CPG Industries.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, agentic workflows, model governance, digital twins or cross-system orchestration.
• Experience co-selling with global account teams, hyperscalers or systems integrators.
• A track record competing against established platform providers.

Benefits

• Base salary range: $146,700 - $293,400 USD.
• Annual incentive bonus eligibility.
