Role Description

The Security Sales Specialist is responsible for the coordination and strategy on assigned key account(s). Responsible for the overall development and implementation of the account plan. Identifies and develops Security services portfolio product sales opportunities (SASE, DDoS, Threat Intelligence, Professional Services, advanced managed detection and response service and other Security services as developed), provides product solutions, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company. Develops and maintains accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts and management of quota funnels.

Main Responsibilities

• Delivers intelligent contact and task routing based on NLU and agent skills.
• Proactive digital communications and contact containment via AI virtual agents.
• Date management (automated date setting and AI driven ECDs).
• Utilizes functional use cases across NAO, Product, Sales, IT, and Finance.
• Establishes the vision and strategic direction for assigned units.
• Leads the development and implementation of strategic plans, processes, and organizational initiatives.
• Maintains collaborative relationships with key departments in the Company.
• Develops and manages relationships with acquired and/or existing customers.
• Develops action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts.
• Learns and develops further knowledge of new technologies and selling points.
• Provides comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Security Sales and/or Information Technology: 6+ years of relevant job experience.
• Driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
• Experience in strategic, technical, and business communications application sales.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in selling to the close.
• Experience in consultative sales techniques and account planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or related graduate degree.
• Cybersecurity certifications.
• Business/financial background.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

• $122,298 - $163,061 in states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY.
• $128,425 - $171,222 in states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI.
• $134,529 - $179,372 in states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WA.
