[Hiring] Solutions Engineer @Instinct Science

Role Description

This is a fully remote role. The Solutions Engineer serves as a strategic, technical leader within Instinct’s go-to-market organization, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive complex, enterprise-level opportunities. This role brings deep product expertise and strong business acumen to support the full sales lifecycle—shaping solution design, influencing product positioning, and ensuring successful customer outcomes from initial engagement through implementation.

As a member of the sales organization, the Solutions Engineer helps scale a high-performing sales motion by:

• Leading high-impact demonstrations
• Enabling field teams
• Providing mentorship to less-experienced team members

By translating customer needs into clear technical and business value, and by channeling field insights back into product development, this role plays a central part in maximizing customer value and supporting Instinct’s continued growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related pre-sales roles
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
• Veterinary industry experience
• Strong presentation and storytelling ability, with a consultative approach

Requirements

• Instinct Science PIMs experience (preferred)
• HubSpot or CRM proficiency (preferred)

• Compensation range: $110,000 - $135,000, based on skills, qualifications, and experience
