• Gather customer info and prepare polished proposals, quotes, contracts, and presentations tailored to each home.
• Match customers with the right solar products, systems, or services based on energy needs, site conditions, budget, and preferences.
• Conduct on-site assessments using tools like tape measures, compasses, and specialized software to determine solar feasibility.
• Calculate potential solar production for each property — factoring in climate, shading, and roof orientation.
• Create customized energy management packages that deliver maximum value and savings.
• Develop marketing strategies and outreach plans to connect with target customers.

Requirements

• Location: York, PA (Remote – must be located in or near York)
• Schedule: Full-time | Make your own schedule and hours
• Compensation: Base + Commission (Top advisors earn $300k+)
